Food safety management systems

 
Development and implementation of the food safety management system is based on the international standards:

  • Food law;
  • Ordinance ¹ 2 of 23 January 2008 on materials and articles of plastics intended for contact with food;
  • Ordinance ¹ 3 of 4 June 2007 on the specific requirements for materials and objects other than plastics intended for contact with food;
  • Ordinance ¹ 4 of 21 June 2000 on the communication, investigation and registration of an explosion of food disease;
  • Ordinance ¹ 1 of January 26, 2016 on food hygiene;
  • Ordinance ¹ 4 of February 3, 2015 on the requirements for the use of food additives;
  • Ordinance ¹ 5 of 09 February 2015 on determination of the maximum permissible quantities of certain food pollutants;
  • Ordinance ¹ 9 of march 16, 2001 on the quality of water intended for drinking and household purposes;
  • Ordinance ¹ 9 of march 21, 2005 on the conditions and procedure for establishment and maintenance of a public register of public purpose objects controlled by the regulation;
  • Ordinance ¹ 15 of 28 June 2002 on the requirements for the use of flavourings in food;
  • Ordinance ¹ 16 on the hygiene and veterinary and sanitary requirements for storage and use of especially rapid products;
  • Ordinance ¹ 21 of 15 October 2002 on the specific criteria and requirements for the purity of additives intended for use in foods;
